We believe that if you are moving you are winning. When it comes to working out, we want you to enjoy it and find something that you have fun doing! Setting and committing to a workout goal that is attainable not just now but a year or five years from now is what is going to get you results. Whether it is going for a walk, taking one of our classes, try and find movement in your life each day. Learn to listen to your body and push yourself when you feel good or dial back if you have had a day. It is all about consistency!

 

Classes may include props, such as ankle weights, small ball, free weights, resistance bands, or a chair.

FEMelle Express 

Short effective workouts designed to strengthen your body and fit in around your personal schedule. We recommend stacking them together when you have time, or choosing one to do each day. Fit them in during nap time, lunch break, or whenever your busy schedule permits.

FEMelle 30 

These classes combine the best elements of Pilates and different workout techniques to strengthen the body, improve posture, flexibility, and the mind-body connection.  Proper posture, form and alignment are emphasized while targeting each and every muscle group.

FEMelle Sweat

Elevate your heart rate with these short effective cardio-fused workouts. By increasing your heart rate, you can help increase your muscle strength, cardiovascular health, boost metabolism, and improve circulation to the brain.
