We believe that if you are moving you are winning. When it comes to working out, we want you to enjoy it and find something that you have fun doing! Setting and committing to a workout goal that is attainable not just now but a year or five years from now is what is going to get you results. Whether it is going for a walk, taking one of our classes, try and find movement in your life each day. Learn to listen to your body and push yourself when you feel good or dial back if you have had a day. It is all about consistency!
Classes may include props, such as ankle weights, small ball, free weights, resistance bands, or a chair.
