About

Shelby and Jessica met in 2012 through their now husbands after Shelby moved to Arizona from Texas. They have been friends ever since and have celebrated each other through engagements, marriages, children, and career advancements. Shelby and Jessica have always shared a love for health and wellness, and even taught cycling and pilates at the same studio.
In 2019, both welcomed their first children, and during this important transition of their lives, they started to truly understand how important it was to prioritize their own well-being. The creation of FEMelle Wellness finally came to fruition in 2022 after Shelby pitched the idea to Jessica to join forces and build a community to help other women.

Jessica was born in Southern California and raised in Arizona. Ever since she was 11 years-old she wanted to become a nurse, like her grandmother. She graduated with her bachelors of science in nursing from The University of Arizona in 2010 (BEARDOWN!).
Her clinical nursing experience is diverse, from the medical-surgical floor, electrophysiology, to the emergency room. During her career she fell in love with education, and went to graduate school to become a nurse educator. She graduated from Grand Canyon University in 2015 with her masters of science in nursing education.

In 2016 she began regularly attending cycling and pilates classes at a local studio in Phoenix, and quickly became OBSESSED. In 2017, she attended cycle and pilates instructor training. Not only did she love the positive changes she saw in her physical and mental health, she loved the community!

Jessica met her husband, Nick, junior year at The University of Arizona, and they married in 2013. They have two sons, Leo (3) and Jack (7 months), and two Vizlas, Harvey and Max. Her other hobbies include photography and trying new restaurants!

Born in the North, raised in the South Shelby is Southern at heart. For as long as she can remember Shelby has always loved movement. But when she found Pilates, she felt a switch turn inside her. As she built a deeper connection with her mind and body she realized she had never felt better and knew she wanted to share that feeling with others. Shelby’s goal is to make Pilates fun and accessible to everyone! Her passion is providing short effective Pilates fusion workouts for busy moms who want to feel strong and confident.

In her free time Shelby is busy playing with her two toddlers, Wyatt (3) and Peyton (1); or she is busy flexing her creative muscles helping her clients promote their brands. She also loves enjoying a charcuterie board and a glass of sparkling rosé with her husband Grant.
